When the current servers were no longer supported, a decision was made to replace the software with cloud services for use in finance and personnel administration. An operationally reliable solution was required for managing payment transactions, as it also had an important role in the future.

In the two years during which the Helsinki City Theater building was renovated, the finance and staff administration system environment was also modernized. In connection with the implementation of the SaaS version, the administrator went through the payments and accounts management processes with the expert, and transaction processing was further automated, for example, by creating new posting rules.
At the same time, this was a good opportunity to review whether some of the things should be done in a different way.
The benefit of software supplied as a cloud service is that the version and data security are updated automatically and the latest features are always being used. In addition to security, Sari Aarnio also values the flexibility of the cloud solution.
We require double acceptance before the payments are made. Now it is also easier, irrespective of time and location, to work via the browser, which will bring new flexibility to, for example, the acceptance workflows.
