Why did you join Nomentia?
I had only seen corporate cash management from a bank perspective. What is happening to corporate customers outside the bank in their systems was partly mysterious to me even though I am familiar with business processes. I decided to expand my skills and gain an understanding of the overall cash management picture. Joining Nomentia was a great opportunity to implement this plan.
What is the most exciting part of your work?
In my role, communication is one of the most important keys to success, and I enjoy communicating with people a lot. In my opinion, customer success is also quite a long-term development process and requires precise and systematic action. Any kind of development is very inspiring to me.
What is your professional background?
I came to Nomentia from the banking industry. At the beginning of my banking career, I was mainly involved in B2C customer service. Last few years, I worked with B2B customers´ cash management. I have also been a test designer in a banking system development project. It was a unique experience that inspired me to learn more about financial IT services.
What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working?
Studying for a new degree has been my best pastime in the last few years. I am always excited to learn new things, and I have learned quite many of them recently. Everything new brings more energy and variety to my life.
In addition to studying, I have creative hobbies such as food photography, painting, and designing textile patterns.
