Challenge
A constantly growing corporate structure means dealing with a heterogeneous system landscape, which leads to a large workload for the central treasury, especially in reporting. HOCHTIEF was therefore looking for an efficient and pragmatic solution that could be implemented with a high level of acceptance in all subsidiaries: "We were looking for a system that brings together treasury data in a simple way and can be actively used by all subsidiaries. Easy-to-use and informative reports are just as important as the fact that our decentralized companies can enter and upload their treasury data quickly and easily."
Solution
The first step was to outline the desired analyses and set up the master data. Afterwards, the various systems were integrated with Nomentia step by step. For the Treasury Management System PMS, a two-way data exchange was implemented. Where necessary, the subsidiaries add data manually. The central treasury was trained in the use of BusinessObjects and creates analyses independently without any assistance from Nomentia. Due to the easy handling, EMIR reporting was also integrated and automated in Nomentia.
