Nomentia’s Merger Completed
As part of the effort to streamline Nomentia group’s corporate structure Nomentia Solutions Oy and Nomentia Oy have merged on 1st of March 2021. Along with the merger of the two Finnish operative entities also the group’s holding company structure was simplified.
Nomentia’s story began when Analyste and OpusCapita’s Cash Management product portfolio were combined under one management in the end of July 2020. The mergers are the final piece of a seven-month integration project that truly brings together all Nomentia’s resources and delivers tangible benefits to its stakeholders.
As of 1st of March Nomentia operates under unified support processes and a single systems infrastructure using best of breed solutions for interacting with its customers.

The merger event as such does not require any separate legal acknowledgement from Nomentia’s customers or vendors. All prior contracts and commitments of Nomentia Solutions Oy continue to be served by Nomentia Oy 1st of March 2021 onwards.
