CC Real selects Nomentia to connect its ERP and banking landscape across Europe

Vienna, Austria - 17.08.2026 - Nomentia, a European leader in treasury and cash management software, today announced that CC Real has selected Nomentia to support the automation and control of its payment and banking processes across Europe.

CC Real is a full-service real estate investment and management company headquartered in Vienna, with local offices in Croatia, Finland, and Australia. The company manages and invests in real estate across different sectors and provides in-house expertise throughout the investment and asset lifecycle, from capital and investment management to development, leasing, and property operations.

Connecting the ERP with banks across Europe

As part of its ERP implementation, CC Real identified the need for an intermediary between its new ERP environment and the banks used across its European operations.

The project also created an opportunity to rethink how payment proposals and bank statements are handled. Instead of maintaining manual steps around the exchange of financial information, CC Real is establishing a more automated framework with clearer controls around these processes.

Nomentia will provide the connectivity between CC Real’s ERP environment and its banks, supporting the flow of payment and account information across the organisation.

Building on an existing relationship

The project extends CC Real’s existing use of Nomentia in Finland to a broader European setup.

“We already had experience with Nomentia through our operations in Finland and felt that it would be a good fit for our wider requirements,” says Luka Mestrovic, Executive Director IT at CC Real. “As we implement our new ERP, having a solution that can connect it with our banking landscape across Europe was an important part of the decision.”

The expanded setup will allow CC Real to manage these connections through a more consistent approach as its financial systems evolve.

Faster and more controlled financial processes

Once implemented, the new setup is expected to reduce the amount of manual processing required for payment and banking information and provide the finance team with a more structured operating environment.

“This is an important step in strengthening the way we manage financial operations across the business,” says Philipp Dibelka, Executive Director Operations at CC Real. “With more automation and greater process clarity, we are creating a setup that improves day-to-day efficiency while providing a stronger foundation for CC Real’s continued growth.”

The project will support CC Real as it develops its financial operations in line with its wider business strategy, with a banking and ERP setup designed to accommodate changing requirements across the organisation.
