Why did you join Nomentia?
I joined Nomentia because it was a great professional development opportunity for me. I knew that I had the skills and knowledge for the job as a Junior SaaS Application Specialist, but I was also convinced that I would be able to learn a lot here and get even better at what I do (and now that I am working here, that's how it is!).
What is it like to work at Nomentia?
It is great! The cooperation and communication with my manager and the immediate team is top-notch. If something is new to me or I need help, I can always count on people here. Ambiguities are explained understandably, and I am always given enough time to assimilate new knowledge. I also feel that working with the customers here is a collaboration to achieve a common goal, and the service and product we offer is top quality.
Who is the one person you would like to learn from at Nomentia?
From everyone, really. Everyone at Nomentia has extensive knowledge about our product, IT, banking, and more. I have often encountered that a particular person specializes in a specific area, so it is to that person that I can report particular issues and learn from them.
For now, I would like to have more time to learn from the people working in customer support and my manager to do my job as best as I can. In the near future, I would also like to have the opportunity to learn from the project management people because this is the direction in which I would like to develop and gain practical skills.
If you could only develop yourself at one thing working here, what would that be?
I think that would be problem-solving. In my position, problem-solving is very important, and I want to be the best at it.
